What kind of photo works best?
A clear, well-lit photo where the face is visible and not too far away. Phone photos are perfect. If yours won't work, we'll tell you before you pay.
Can you do a person and a pet together?
Yes — choose "1 Person + 1 Pet". Two people together and pet-only figures are options too; you can send separate photos for each.
How long does it take to arrive?
Sculpting and hand-finishing take 5–7 days, then 3–5 days shipping in the US and EU. Christmas cut-off is 12 December.
What if it doesn't look like them?
You see a digital preview before anything is printed, and revisions at that stage are free. If the finished piece still misses, we remake it.
Which size should I choose?
6cm sits on a desk or shelf edge, 8cm is our most ordered, and 10cm shows the most facial detail — best for two figures together or a gift centrepiece.
Do EU orders pay customs or VAT?
No. EU prices include VAT and duties are handled by us — the price you see is the price you pay.
